Unopened Products Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ship returns to:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at byisbeverage@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
